This schedule is mandatory for all customers whose monthly maximum demand has exceeded 200 KW for any three months during the preceding 12 months and whose average demand for the preceding 12 months also exceeds 200 KW.

This schedule is mandatory for all customers whose monthly maximum demand has exceeded 200 KW for any three months during the preceding twelve months and whose average demand for the preceding 12 months also exceeds 200 KW.
